What we do
Support with stability.
We work with participants to build real independence and life skills. It is planned around goals, and it is delivered by people who actually show up.

Building independence and life skills
Cooking, budgeting, catching public transport, managing a routine. We break the everyday skills down and build them up, one shift at a time, until they stick.
Accessing the community
Every outing is planned with a reason behind it. We know where we are going, why, and what we are building while we are there, whether that is confidence, connection, or a new skill.
Mentoring and social skills
A consistent mentor who turns up week after week. Real rapport, built over time, so participants gain the confidence to connect and try new things.
Assistance with self-care and daily living
Practical support with the daily stuff, from getting ready in the morning to keeping a home running. Always done with the participant, so they can do more of it themselves.
Exploring work experience
For those ready for it, we support the skills that lead towards volunteering, work experience and employment, matched to what they are genuinely interested in.
School holiday programs
Structured group activities with EmpwrU throughout the school breaks, so the routine and the skill-building never stops.
The sweet spot
Making a difference.
We focus on individual growth: building the capacity to live more independently and connect with the community.
Shift planning answers one simple question
“How will today help you do more of what matters to you?”
